How to tone your legs daily with minimal effort:

WALK a lot…
when you walk take LONG strides (not awkward looking, but longer than usual)
Use the stairs…
when you use the stairs, go up TWO STAIRS AT A TIME.
walk SLIGHTLY on YOUR TIPTOES
walk around ucla campus twice doing this (lol jk.. kinda not really)
